Theresa
Roberts is a Bristol singer/ songwriter. As well as regular
gigs with the band in and around Bristol, Theresa offers
a range of musical entertainment for any event; wedding
or anniversary, corporate function or work Christmas party.
Theresa is an unsigned artist looking
to be signed. Bringing together her expertise and love of
a wide range of styles she has been writing her own songs
for five years, currently co-writing with Colin Smith.
With her bright, maleable voice she
engages and communicates with her audience. Her songs are
honest, lively and humorous, often poignant. Sharing thoughts
and feelings close to her own heart, yet also addressing
universal themes and emotions, Theresa draws her audience
into an experience that is at once warm and generous, uplifting
and deeply touching.
Theresa
has been immersed in the Bristol Music scene for over ten
years.
She has been a member of the ‘a capella’ group
Partsong since 1995 and regularly works with ceilidh bands
in and around Bristol.
Partsong has established an outstanding
reputation both in Bristol and throughout the UK.
They regularly
perform a wide range of repertoire at private and corporate
functions, for the BBC and in public concerts across the
country, including Ashton Court Festival in Bristol for four
years running.
