Theresa has been immersed in the Bristol Music scene for over ten years. She has been a member of the ‘a capella’ group Partsong since 1995 and regularly works with ceilidh bands in and around Bristol.
Partsong has established an outstanding
reputation both in Bristol and throughout the UK. They regularly
perform a wide range of repertoire
at private and corporate functions, for the BBC and in public
concerts across the country, including Ashton Court Festival
in Bristol for four years running.
Theresa was also formerly part of
Jazz duo, T with Joe, performing at many venues from Bath's
Pump Rooms to London's Claridges Hotel. She has also recorded
lead and backing vocals for various bands including ‘Tomorrow’s
World’.
Regularly in demand for session work and recordings, Theresa is a versatile and accomplished singer, readily embracing any style, from Handel to Dowland, Gershwin to Norah Jones.
As a singer/ songwriter she brings this versatility to her own material.
Colin has been playing the piano since he was a young child, at first self taught and then receiving formal lessons soon after.
His first professional engagement was aged fifteen at the Mauretania restaurant and from there began a string of professional engagements, resulting in a Children’s Television appearance with Aled Jones.
Colin later joined the band Circus with whom he recorded and produced three albums. Colin is regularly in demand for session work, recently recording for The Big Breakfast at Radio One, and the National Lotto.
He continues to play for professional band The Eskeys and improv. comedy show Instant Wit.
